For My 60th Birthday

Here are the pieces. The face and frame that Pete made and the movement Pete had made overseas.

Front of the face. Pete custom made the inlay and set it into the face which is made of butternut. The outer frame is made of walnut.

Movement inserted from behind.

Movement spindle is secured with a hex nut. Ready for the hands.

It's time for the cats to eat. I must finish soon to clear the surface for the preparation of Tender Vittles.
